Richard Golding has over 16 years of experience in international infrastructure executive search, partnering with a wide range of financial services firms. His expertise includes collaborations with infrastructure equity investors to recruit investment professionals, asset managers, and investor relations personnel. Additionally, he has extensive experience of working with lenders, advisors, and operating companies.

Richard established two infrastructure - focused search firms before joining Curzon. His recruitment career started in the technology sector.
