Paul is an experienced search professional specialising in infrastructure since 2015. With expertise spanning all infrastructure sub-sectors, he has an exceptional track-record across the energy transition and is known for his work with leading investors, advisors, and developers. He regularly advises on cross-border appointments, with notable credentials in the Middle East and Continental Europe.

Paul became a Partner of the firm in 2024. Before joining Curzon in 2017, he led the infrastructure practice at a major international search firm.
