Helen Di Mauro has led energy sector recruitment for over 20 years working with a range of international clients following a career in commercial advisory with two of the world’s leading energy consultancies. She graduated from Oxford University in Russian and French and has an MA in International Relations from Boston University. Her 10 years in energy consulting were spent, initially with CERA in the USA, where she co-managed the FSU practice, and then with Wood Mackenzie in Europe, where she led the Gas and Power Consulting Group. Helen has recruited a range of senior leaders for the renewables sector, and retains an expertise in senior management and technical appointments in the Oil & Gas sector. Additionally, she has developed a strong reputation with clients in delivering a consistently diverse candidate slate and expertise in functional leaderships roles in Operations, Commercial, Legal and HR. Helen has served on the IIC Partners Board of Directors and on the AESC Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Board for the EMEA region.
